This policy explains what information we collect when you use our ADU feasibility tool and request a quote, and what we do with it. We've tried to write it the way we'd want to read it.

What we collect

• Addresses you search. When you type an address into the tool, that address is used to look up publicly available county assessor data. Searches may be logged in aggregate to improve the tool.
• Contact information you submit. If you request a quote or review, we collect the name, phone number, email address, property address, and any notes you provide.
• Technical data. Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard log data (IP address, browser type, pages viewed). If advertising measurement is enabled, the Meta Pixel may collect cookie-based usage data as described below.

Where the property data comes from

Lot sizes, building characteristics, valuations, and ownership information shown by the tool come from public county assessor and GIS records. We do not use MLS data, credit data, or any private database. Scores are screening estimates computed from those public records and Colorado state law — they are not surveys or zoning determinations.

How we use your information

• To respond to your quote or review request — that's the main reason we collect it.
• To contact you about your property and our construction and design services.
• To measure whether our advertising works (if the Meta Pixel is active).

What we don't do

• We do not sell your personal information.
• We do not share your contact details with third parties for their own marketing.
• We do not collect payment information on this site.

Service providers

We use a small number of vendors to run this site: our web host and form processor (Netlify), and — when advertising measurement is enabled — Meta Platforms, Inc. (the "Meta Pixel"), which sets cookies to measure ad performance. You can limit ad cookies through your browser settings and through Meta's ad preferences.

How long we keep it

Quote requests are kept for as long as needed to serve you and for reasonable business record-keeping. Ask us to delete your information and we will, unless the law requires us to keep it.

Your choices

• You can browse and use the lookup tool without submitting any contact information.
• You can ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete the information you've submitted.
• Colorado residents have rights under the Colorado Privacy Act, including the rights of access, correction, and deletion. Contact us to exercise them.

Children

This site is for homeowners and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the effective date at the top of this page.
